1 star is generous. To start, the security did not give access despite having our names in the guest book. Although we left our keys with another guest, all providers must have a spare key which the security did not reach out to the owner …

So close to the SM Mall of Asia we walked home. Room was clean and everything was in working order. Price very reasonable for the 4 day 3 night stay. Abundance of taxi's available outside the residence. Nice to have a store at the venue downstairs. 😀 Very satisfied with everything and I would choose this place again.

booking this place is a total scam. they did not take a deposit on purpose and told us to pay full amount upfront. but on arrival we were charged double the initial amount. the room we were given is infested with cockroaches as well. very disgusting. disgusting owner with disgusting ethics. shame on you and your future generations and your cows. this did not happen to my family only, there was another family who made a booking since nov 2023 and experienced the same exact thing. IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM TACTIC

Its good!! The view and you can see airplanes passing by of the balcony good for airplane spotting. Number 1 Me and my sisters were going to night swim. There were no other lights at the pool. The pool lights were green which made it look like a tub of acid and its cool. The bathroom near the pool had a CAMERA They were watching us...

Pictures are not helpful :-( We did not have a good restful experience. The bed was very worn out. The roughness springs in the mattress kept me up all night. The towels were also very old, so we're the blankets :-(. I think if they want to rent these units out must think about the comfort of the people first.

Not bad. Pros : Nice with netflix. 12mins walk to moa. Alfamart 24 hrs. Cons: price could have been upfront like the others. Hidden cleaning fees, tax etc. At php1400 is tricky, ++ those fees that you dont see right away. It lures you and then you'd realize the total is just similar as the rest around. To the owner: no need to hide, be upfront and be honest, no need to be tricky with pricing. Flush toilet button is also broken but the other button works. Bldg corridor stinks of cigarette smoke.

We stayed here just for a day to visit the Mall of Asia. The condotel is only a few minutes walk to MOA. The room is cheap so you get what you pay for. The room we had was dirty, the lock to the bathroom was broken (called maintenance but was told he didn’t have the parts to fix the lock), found cockroach in the dresser, broken toilet cover, microwave not working, unlockable door to the lanai, no trash bucket, didn’t use the shower because it was dirty, and we had to buy toilet paper.

Horrible place to stay , told us that there was no room and was given an option of another room but the quality of the rooms are terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It’s a scam to trick people.
